It has been nearly two months since I moved to this flat.
It is common that people are not conscious about their relationship with the place they live in, and perhaps it's good that way. I guess one wouldn't constantly think about his living space if everything is just in good balance.
But knowing that my time in this house is limited to only a few months, I remind myself from time to time and try not to forget what a bliss to live in this place. Whenever reminded, I try to look carefully at each corner of this flat, which has been furnished, taken care of, and maintained for more than a decade by my flatmate, and try to mark in my memory how every single part of this apartment looks.
One afternoon, I was working at the balcony and suddenly heard the singing of birds. I lifted my head up and saw what a beautiful scene it was in front of my eyes. I ran into my room, took out the camera, came back to the balcony, and started to take photos.
It's life.
I try to capture the moments of life.
Almost every day, doves come to our balcony and sing on the fence, on the perch, and on the ground. Most times, they come one by one, but on lucky days, I get to see two doves stand face-to-face and sing to one another. It's wonderful to be around them.
