The Southbank Centre is holding a series of exhibitions, shows, and events with a theme of "Love" - namely, Festival of Love. After gobbling down quick lunch, me and my friend S ended up at the Festival Village under Queen Elizabeth Hall. The first thing we saw there was a collection of cartoons, drawn by a married couple. The couple drew about their daily routines, jokes, conversations, quarrels, picking on each other, or just whatever happened in their day-by-day spent in London.
By the way, I saw Hebrew phrases in some drawings (the couple must have been Jews). I said to my friend proudly. "See! Now I understand Jewish jokes! My time in Israel wasn't a waste, right?" He said nothing back.

Some guys are playing with sand, and another plays piano and sings blues.
The Thames' beach is today a playground for adults.
